Lexington Moves to Expanded Showroom Space at the Denver Design District

Lexington Home Brands announced today the signing of a new lease with the Denver Design District for an expanded showroom space. Construction will commence immediately on a significant buildout in the new showroom, expected to open February, 2018.

“We are entering our tenth year at the Denver Design District,” said Phil Haney, President and CEO of Lexington Home Brands. “The growth in our business has been exceptional – to the point that we recognize an expanded showroom presence is necessary in order to capitalize on the potential trade business in metro Denver and the surrounding mountain communities. The new space will be 25% larger than our current showroom, affording us the opportunity to present our new Artistica Home and Barclay Butera brands. We see a remarkable opportunity for sustained growth at the design center and look forward to the expanded presentation of our products.”

Included in the Lexington Home Brands portfolio are Lexington, Tommy Bahama Home, Sligh office and media designs, Artistica Home and Barclay Butera. The Artistica Home brand was launched in April of this year and the Barclay Butera line debuted at the High Point Market in October. Lexington is also a significant resource for custom upholstery and outdoor living products. Both are produced domestically in the company’s North Carolina manufacturing complex, offering full COM capability and 30-day lead times on special orders.

“Lexington is a key resource at the Denver Design District,” said Jo Mabary, Director of Leasing and Marketing at the DDD. “We have enjoyed a mutually productive relationship with the company for almost a decade, and are thrilled with the opportunity for them to expand the breadth of their presentation to the design community.” Lexington’s grand opening event in the new showroom space is targeted for February, 2018. Lexington.com
