Zocalo Community Development Opens Leasing Center for Coda Cherry Creek
Zocalo Community Development opened the leasing center for Coda Cherry Creek, the 12-story apartment community the company is building in Cherry Creek North. Located at 1st and Steele streets, the 182-unit, LEED-Gold registered community will welcome residents this summer with such upscale amenities as concierge services, a pet spa and custom closets.
The temporary leasing center, located at 220 Steele Street, is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays by appointment. A model unit, featuring mock-ups of a typical kitchen and bathroom in the building, is available for tours. Coda’s permanent leasing center will open July 1st.

Steamboat Wine Festival Announces its 2016 Stroll of Steamboat Stops with New Local Epicurean Delights
The Steamboat Wine Festival, presented by Infiniti of Denver, is pleased to announce the 2016 lineup of incredible locations throughout downtown Steamboat Springs for the fan-favorite event — the Stroll of Steamboat.
Join the Stroll of Steamboat, on Saturday, August 12th, and guide festival attendees through a grand tour of downtown’s Main Street shops. Set alongside the Yampa River, this signature event offers attendees the opportunity to mingle, nibble and sip wine, spirits and craft beers at the best restaurants and local retailers in downtown Steamboat Springs. The evening begins at 4 p.m. with a premium selection of wines, beer and epicurean delights at each location.
The stroll is open to participants 21 years and older. Participants will walk from location to location sampling the best that Steamboat Springs has to offer. Scout and Molly’s Boutique Grand Opening
Retailer Scout & Molly’s will open a boutique in Cherry Creek North this August. The 1200-square-foot boutique will offer upscale, designer women’s clothing as well as original chic designs including Australian designers Shilla the Label and Wish, as well LAMade, Cupcakes and Cashmere, Susana Monaco, Trina Turk and many more.
“We want people to take advantage of our free help. We offer a free styling program, free delivery and free closet makeovers for store credit. In addition, there is free parking behind the store!” say owners, Rebecca Heckman and Nesa Opp.
